Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and refine educational programmes.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards.
• Conduct lesson observations and analyse teaching mistakes to drive improvement.
• Motivate, support, and inspire the teaching team.

Requirements:
• Experience teaching English to primary and/or secondary school students.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Ukrainian language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates without knowledge of Ukrainian will not be considered.
• Ability to mentor, support, and guide fellow teachers.
• Understanding of the Cambridge International accreditation process will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a multicultural educational environment.
